Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a minimum amount for catering events?
A: Yes. Monday to Thursday event minimum is $500. Friday to Sunday event minimum is $1,000 during the first season of business (2023).
Q: Is the quote for unlimited hours?
A: No. All packages include 1 hour of set up, 4 hours of service, and 1 hour of tear-down. The additional price is for your requested amount of time and the number of bartenders that are needed for your event.
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Any event under $1,000 needs to be paid in full at the time of booking. Any even over $1,000 needs a $500 deposit and to be paid in full by 90 days before the event.

All packages include: Mobile bar with photo backdrop, bar equipment, bar set up, bar tear down, ice, plastic ware (disposable cups, drink napkins, and straws), travel to your event inside of 50 miles (for additional cost beyond 50 miles- please see additional services), town event permit, Vermont Server insurance, Vermont Department of Liquor Control licenses, and bartender(s) (based on approximate number of guests).

All packages include: Mobile bar with photo backdrop, bar equipment, bar set up, bar tear down, ice, plastic ware (disposable cups, drink napkins, and straws), travel to your event inside of 50 miles (for additional cost beyond 50 miles- please see additional services), town event permit, Vermont Server insurance, Vermont Department of Liquor Control licenses, and bartender(s) (based on approximate number of guests).
Our Pour Service Package includes:
- Choice of 5 beer varieties
- Choice of 3 wine varieties
All costs of beverages at your event will be dependent on cost of choices.
Pour & Signature Cocktail Service Package
All packages include: Mobile bar with photo backdrop, bar equipment, bar set up, bar tear down, ice, plastic ware (disposable cups, drink napkins, and straws), travel to your event inside of 50 miles (for additional cost beyond 50 miles- please see additional services), town event permit, Vermont Server insurance, Vermont Department of Liquor Control licenses, and bartender(s) (based on approximate number of guests).
Our Pour & Signature Cocktail Service Package includes:
- Choice of 5 beer varieties
- Choice of 3 wine varieties
- Choice of 2 Signature Cocktails (these are pre-made and poured from pitchers for your event)
All costs of beverages at your event will be dependent on cost of choices.
Pour & Craft Cocktail Service Package
All packages include: Mobile bar with photo backdrop, bar equipment, bar set up, bar tear down, ice, plastic ware (disposable cups, drink napkins, and straws), travel to your event inside of 50 miles (for additional cost beyond 50 miles- please see additional services), town event permit, Vermont Server insurance, Vermont Department of Liquor Control licenses, and bartender(s) (based on approximate number of guests).
Our Pour & Craft Cocktail Service Package includes:
- Choice of 5 beer varieties
- Choice of 3 wine varieties
- Choice of liquors
- Choice of mixers
- Choice of garnishes
All costs of beverages during your event will be dependent on cost of choices as we
use a calculation to come up with beverage costs.
Additional Services
Additional Services Offered:
- Travel- $2 per mile over 50 miles that is only charged one way.
- Photo backdrop change- $25 more to change from standard backdrop.
- Champagne toast- cost depends on expected attendance and champagne choice.
PLEASE NOTE: Your request for specific champagnes will try to be accommodated but will ultimately depend on availability at the time of your event.

About Us
The Tipsy Wheel, LLC, is a fully customized enclosed trailer designed to be a mobile liquid catering business. This design is meant for simplicity, easy personalization, and to create an experience that you and your guests will not forget.
Our business is happy and willing to travel throughout the entire state (some distances are at additional cost) for all types of events including weddings, anniversary parties, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, reunions, corporate events, private events, festivals, and any other event that requires a licensed liquor caterer.
There is no need to stress about forgetting items for your event as we will bring all bar supplies. When your event is over, there is no clean up for you! We will take the trash, recycling, and bar mess with us and you can feel the weight lift off your shoulders as our trailer rides into the sunset.
We'd love to work with you to make your event memorable.
